Brian grew up in a small catholic enclave in Belfast. Considered a no go war zone where 80% of sectarian violence took place. During the period known as The Troubles. Wounded there several times, he finally left to come to the US in 1998. He joined the US military as a way to 'give back' to his new home. That was 2000 and he was called in to help in 9/11. After leaving the military in 2013, art gives him a much needed outlet for healing. His work encompasses a lifetime of turmoil. Screaming messages of the pain we cause.
